What I Want...

What I Want… 

To be a teacher

And influence young minds.

To be a mother

And heal problems of all kinds.

To be a wife

And love my husband for all our years.

To be brave

And conquer all my fears.

To be kind

And help everyone as much as I can.

To be spontaneous

And maybe not always plan.

To be happy

And share it with everyone.

To be me

And always have fun.

To be a good Catholic

And stand up for what I believe.

To be cunning

And always have a trick up my sleeve.

To be a great poet

And touch people's lives with what I write.

And last, to be a good person

And of my values never lose sight.
